All payments for program registration and other services are processed through our secure payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy for each program.

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

• Cancellation of a program by Brooklyn USA Basketball
• Withdrawal from a program due to medical reasons (with appropriate documentation) before the program begins
• Other circumstances at the discretion of Brooklyn USA Basketball management

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Brooklyn USA Basketball or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Media Release

By participating in our programs, you grant Brooklyn USA Basketball the right to take photographs and videos of you or your child in connection with the program. You authorize Brooklyn USA Basketball to use such photographs and videos for promotional purposes, including website, social media, brochures, and other marketing materials.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing at brooklynusabasketball@gmail.com.

Limitation of Liability
